Educational branding made fun
When Westpac were preparing to launch their new look website, it was paramount that they prepared their customers for the changeover. In a marketing initiative deployed months before the actual launch of the new website, Westpac commissioned Firefly to develop a fun and funky promo to announce what was to come. The initiative prepared their customers of the changes well before the new site launched, giving them a chance to become familiar with the new look. In conjunction with this, Firefly also developed an online Flash demonstration to educate customers about the new style, new functionality and navigation of the website.
